Parkside's Summer Social Series 6/25/2017with chef Nathan Lemley and guest chef Brandon Silva
Brandon
Silva,
a native Houstonian, and believer of his city, went to the Art Institute of
Houston for a Culinary Degree. He has worked in many local restaurants
including Brenners, Pesce, Brasserie 19 and Uchi. After spending two months in
Copenhagen working in the top restaurants of the world, he now resides as the
Culinary Director for The Kirby Group.
Executive Chef
Nathan Lemley welcomes talented chefs to Parkside's kitchen to collaborate
on a multi-course menu for Summer Socials, an intimate and approachable series
featuring standout cuisine and libations in a buzzing atmosphere. The Summer
Socials chef lineup includes Brandon Silva of Wooster’s
Garden and Heights Bier Garten (Houston), Top Chef Season 13
participant Phillip Lee of restaurants Scratch
Bar & Kitchen, Woodley Proper, Frankland’s Crab & Co and The Gadarene
Swine (Los Angeles) and Lyle Bento of
Southern Goods (Houston).
“We want guests to
be able to socialize with friends in a fun, lively environment while enjoying
creative food and drinks,” said Lemley. “I’m thrilled to welcome and work
alongside three very skilled chefs this summer.”
