Executive chef Brian Moses and Beverage Director Paul Ozbirn have created an extraordinary menu highlighting the versatility and flavors of Amari! This digestif traditionally has been consumed at the end of the meal, but has made a comeback as a favorite ingredient in newly discovered classic cocktails, like the Manhattan or Negroni.
